These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Rashmika Films' services and website.
1. Booking and Payments
To secure a booking for your wedding or event photography/videography, a non-refundable advance booking deposit is required. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the service fee must be paid on or before the wedding day.
2. Image & Film Delivery Timelines
We work meticulously to ensure the highest standard of color grading and editing. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Raw Photos & Videos: Selection files will be provided within 10–15 days after the event.
- Edited Portraits: Fully retouched photos will be delivered within 20–30 days.
- Cinematic Wedding Films & Teasers: Final video files will be delivered within 30–45 days.
3. Copyright and Licensing
Rashmika Films retains the copyright to all photographs and video footage taken during the events. The clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to print, copy, share, and display the media. Any commercial use or resale of the media requires explicit written consent from Rashmika Films.
4. Client Cooperation & Event Schedules
The client is responsible for ensuring that the photography/videography team is notified of schedules, timings, and locations. While we make every effort to capture all key moments, Rashmika Films is not responsible for missing specific shots due to delays, timing shifts, or lack of coordination from the organizers.
5. Cancellation and Date Shifts
If the event is cancelled or postponed, the client must notify us immediately in writing. Advance booking deposits are non-refundable but may, at the sole discretion of Rashmika Films, be adjusted for future rescheduled dates subject to availability and updated pricing.
